Digital Magnetic Scale

The digital magnetic scale consits of a band-shaped magnetic and a reading head with the from Magnescale® developed MR-Element, which even by little changes of the magnetic flux a stron and stable output signal is generated. The output signal of the reading head, is electronicay divided and converted into a digital signal. This has a much higher resolution as the pole divider of the magnetised, magnetic alternating field and therefore it can be used to measure and control.

Digital readouts – compact intelligence

Multifunction unit LG20 / LH70/71 series

The new multifunction LH70 series has been particularly designed and developed for cost-efficient retrofitting of manual machine tools. The LH70 display combines popular, easy to use functions for both Mills and milling machine – console F lathes – console D Lathes in one unit and can therefore  be used on all machine applications. The new display LG20 provides simple reset/preset“ functions.

The Digiruler™ SL130 is a flexible steel band, simply mounted onto the machine with adhesive tape. Based on Sony’s well known Magnescale™ Technology it is available in measuring lengths up to 30 m and can therefore be easily and cost effectively retrofitted to large lathes and sawing machines.
