The MAP magnetostrictive transducer has been recently added to the WayCon Positionsmesstechnik GmbH group of magnetostrictive transducers. With the MAP, WayCon is offering another locator which works without contact and has a unlimited service life due to its being free of wear and tear. Thanks to its compact profile construction and adjustable mounting bracket, installation of this locator is taken care of quickly and with ease. The MAP has two types of analogue output: Voltage and current.
