Signal converter PMX

Signal converter PMX-24

17.03.2014

Our proven and tested signal converter PMX for potentiometer signals has been equipped with new functions which allow for even safer operation.

For a number of years, WayCon signal converters have been used in sensor technology for the purpose of converting the signals of a potentiometer into proportionally analogue norm signals (0...5 V / 0...10 V / ±5 V / ±10 V / 4...20 mA). In the new version of the PMX, interference and disturbance in the sound have been reduced to a minimum. Another totally new aspect is the integrated cable break recognition, which immediately recognizes and communicates every loss of signal between the sensor and the PMX. This function is especially relevant when used in conjunction with security-relevant applications.
